Problem 6 (T6.12): You can use assumptions made in T6.7. You do NOT need to work out T6.7. This problem is rather self-contained. It would be important to take into consideration of the temperature dependence of mobility (see programming solutions for HW 6 for how to do it — see Exercise T3.1 for the full detail). Exercise T6.1 would be helpful, as well.
