How to do the quiz?
Sometimes a small set of quiz questions are assigned to you. How do you do them?
- If you login to this site, then you will see a small orange box appearing on the upper right corner.
You enter your answer (like “1” or “2”, without quotation marks) and then hit enter.
- Once you do this, the box will turn green.
- If you submit another answer, then only the newest answer will count.
- You can also text your answer to this number: 831-704-8855 (this number is not an ordinary phone number; it is a text-only phone number associated with a computer server, not with any phone).
- If you use this method, your answer must include the quiz question number (such as 1.1, or 1.2).
- For a single answer, the correct format of the text is:
1.2: 3
Here, 1.2 is the question number and 3 is the answer key.
For multiple answers, you can use the following format: 2: 1 2 4. Or, 2.1: 1, 2.2: 2, 2.3: 4. In this example, I am assuming that quiz 2 has three questions, and your chosen answers are 1, 2, and 4.
- Your phone number will be saved as a secure hash on the server---this means that it will not be possible for a human to know the number while it can be used as a secure ID for quiz or other activities.
